Policies and Procedures 

All major credit cards, Cash, Venmo and Cashapp are accepted. We do not offer payment plans such as Afterpay. We do not accept Checks nor do we work with any insurance companies. 

Return/Refund Policy 
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstance. If you have a product that produces a true allergic reaction. Resulting in all 5 traits Including: Heat, swelling, redness, itchiness and raised bumps we will replace your product.


Online Scheduling /Cancellation Policy 
Clients are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 retainer. This retainer  can not be transferred. It is only valid for the service booked at that time. Services totaling under $25 must be paid in full at the time of booking.  Appointments can be made up to 8 hours in advance and can not be booked out longer than 365 days in advance. All clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you fail to cancel or reschedule in the allotted time frame you will need to reschedule via our online booking system.

Client Profiles
All clients must have an active and updated profile with a credit authorization form signed. This will need to be renewed every year.


Pre-booked/ Membership Appointments are subject to a $25 cancellation fee if you fail to reschedule or cancel within the allotted time. 
  By booking directly with your practitioner  you authorize this business to charge you a cancellation fee. You will be marked as a “No Show.” and  Future appointments will not be available until the amount is paid in full. 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule to avoid interruption to other appointments. If your appointment is running behind 10 minutes or more, your service will be discounted 20% if you wish to proceed. 


Safety Standards and Protocol

Daily cleaning of all surfaces and floors, tools, implements, machines, trash receptacles, and laundry; hand washing before and after each client; utilizing an EPA-registered disinfectant that is virucidal, bactericidal, and fungicidal for all tools and implements; using clean linens for each client; wearing gloves for every service; servicing only one client at a time; and OSHA/CDC universal precautions for infection control.

If you're sick, feeling unwell and/ or have been exposed to any viral infections we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you do not we require clients to wear a face mask to their appointment—It can be removed during a facial service only.
Hand sanitizer—Both the building and the studio are equipped with numerous hand sanitizing stations, please use them.
All clients will be required to consent to services acknowledging the potential risks of COVID-19 Coronavirus and affirming your current health status upon arrival.
